Question: I have not received a notification. When were they mailed?
Answer: The admission decisions have been recommended to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. You may wish to contact our Office via phone at 991 966-4260.
Question: How many people were accepted?
Answer: Around 33 students were selected.
Question: Does the ABSN program give any credits that you could devote towards a Master's degree?
Answer: You may wish to contact Jennifer Moore who coordinates our Masters program. (919) 966 4260 for specifics.
Question: I am interested in applying to the ABSN program, but I have a question about the Cultural Diversity requirement. Do you know if Western Civilization (taken at a community college) would satisfy this requirement?
Answer: Yes, you may take History 122, second part Western Civ to satisfy the Global Issues/ or Cultural Diversity requirement.
Question: I have also tried to start my application online and it says that the Nursing applications are not available. Do you have any idea when they will be available?
Answer: The 2009 application will be available online mid-June.
Question:
What is the best way to get loans or other financial aid once I am in?
Answer: You may check with the Office of Scholarship & Student Aid, as well as, North Carolina Memorial Hospital.
