Increase ability to communicate well through the use of active listening skills, refresh abilities regarding proper telephone and email etiquette. Become more effective in sharing ideas with co-workers by learning how to speak up in a professional and tactful way. How to handle difficult people with diplomacy through the use of role play exercises will also be explored. Behavioral Objectives: At the end of this program participants will be able to: 1.    Describe what the acronym A-RAP-R means in communication 2.    Communicate more effectively in person and on the phone by using active listening skills 3.    Share ideas with coworkers in a positive manner 4.    Discuss use of telephone and email etiquette when dealing with others 5.    Demonstrate how to handle difficult people
