This program will describe common respiratory illnesses such as Respiratory Syncitial Virus, Otitis Media, and asthma, and nursing approaches for management of these diseases.

    At the end of this program, participants will be able to:
  • Describe common upper and lower airway respiratory illnesses in children.
  • Differentiate between anatomy/physiology in children and in adults.
  • Discuss procedures for pharmacological, nursing, and medical management of identified diseases.
