Conference Registration
Registration fee is $285, or $145 if you are a full time student (student identification required). No one day conference fees are available. You can register for this conference by going to http://nursing.ce.unc.edu/registration.php and completing the form at the bottom of the page.

Payment must be at least 30 days prior to start of the conference to guarantee your place. Checks and money orders are accepted as payment. Please send them to:

Hotel Registration
Special rates have been arranged with the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Center. For your convenience, please follow this link to the conference-specific hotel registration page.

Traveling Directions:
The Conference Hotel is very close to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) in Raleigh, North Carolina.  The Hotel is right on I40 and Page Rd.  The Hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle service.

To use the hotel shuttle service, please pick up your luggage and call the Sheraton Imperial from one of the phones marked with a “Reservation Center” sign in the baggage claim area to for a pick up. Over the phone, a Sheraton Imperial representative will direct you to the appropriate pick up area, where the shuttle will arrive within ten to fifteen minutes. This service is completely complimentary, and return shuttles run from the Sheraton Imperial to RDU every hour on the hour.

To reach the Sheraton Imperial from RDU by road, leave the airport and exit onto I-40 West. Take the Page Road Exit, Exit 282 –turn right at Page Rd.  Turn left at Emperor Blvd. The hotel is one block up on the left.
