Nanny needed for 3 mo old baby

A two person working family with a 3-month old baby seeking a part-time nanny as of January 1st 2010. We are seeking a part-time, live-out nanny available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30am-5:30pm. We are looking for a nanny with at least 1 year of recent experience in infant care.

We are searching for a compassionate, organized, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, nurturing, non-smoking individual who can provide both structure, routine, and developmental stimulation to our young child. We expect our nanny to be respectful of our family values and routines. Light housekeeping as related to childcare is expected, such as keeping play areas tidy and cleaning up after oneself.

Our ideal nanny will have recent previous nanny experience in caring for young infants through toddler ages, will be CPR certified (both in newborn and child), and be able to physically and emotionally care for our baby. As far as personal attributes, our ideal nanny would be in good health, would be punctual, respectful, energetic, have a great attitude and would love working with and caring for children. Additionally, since our nanny will become an integral part of our family, we require a long-term commitment to our family.
