Recent BSN grad seeks roommate to share townhome near Southpoint Mall.

Also it is about 12 minutes from Duke if you happen to be doing clinicals there, and it is extreemly close to I-40. It is in a small quite town home development with a large grassy area and a quaint back garden patio. The room for rent has it's own private bathroom, 2 huge closets, and best of all it is furnished, as is the entire house, so no moving hassle. 1-2 roommates needed to share apartment

Postby jessical » Wed Nov 11, 2009 11:35 am

We are looking for one to two roommates to live with two female students in the Colonial Village apartment complex in Carrboro, NC for the spring and summer semesters of 2010. Four-bedroom, 2.5 bath two-level townhouse. Furnishing is optional: the rooms are currently fully furnished, but it can be moved if you would rather bring your own furniture. Colonial Village offers an outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a 24-hour gym. Parking is a breeze; plenty of parking for guests and friends. Roommates are very clean and they like to bake. Around 5 minutes from Weaver Street and downtown (by car). Right on the J-bus line, which comes every 15 minutes and is a very convenient way to get to class and to town; it drops off right in front of the nursing school and is only about a 5-10 minute bus ride. Perfect for students who are looking for a place to live beginning in January, with flexible end dates in either May/June/July. We could take two roommates for the semester if you have a friend who also needs a place (in which case rent would about $305 plus utilities, and if we only find one roommate it will be about $390). If interested please e-mail olivia.bowler@gmail.com
