How much credit will I receive for my previous education?

The credit you receive for lower division courses varies from person to person. While there is no time limit on courses, not all courses at all schools are transferrable to UNC Chapel Hill. You can find out how much credit you'll receive by requesting a transcript evaluation. You will receive 35 placement credits in nursing, regardless of the type of basic nursing program you attended. These credits are granted upon successful completion of Nursing 490 and Nursing 491.
