Can You Do It? Yes You Can! provides a focused look at the issues facing two working nurses as they contemplate applying to our RN-BSN program. Their discussion with a colleague already in the RN-BSN program who balances her coursework with her considerable family and professional obligations highlights many of the challenges she negotiates as well as the personal resources that help sustain her. There seldom are easy answers to the constraints facing most working nurses who wish to complete their BSN, but as reflected in this video, there may be many paths to answering the key question with "Yes I can!"
