AFFORDABLE CARE ACT (HEALTH CARE REFORM):
SEPARATING FACT FROM FICTION WITH JINA DHILLON, JD, MPH – VIDEO OF PRESENTATION

Are you confused by the legislation passed in 2010 referred to as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or referred to as health reform legislation? In a politically divided environment, it is increasingly difficult to separate fact from fiction and misconceptions can multiply. This is a free video recording of an information session by expert on health reform, Jina Dhillon, Staff Attorney with the National Health Law Program.

Ms. Dhillon is a Staff Attorney with NHeLP, the National Health Law Program, since September 2010. She graduated with a B.S. in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also received her joint J.D. and M.P.H. with a Global Health Certificate. She has extensive research and policy analysis experience in the areas of global health,  human rights, and reproductive justice advocacy in the developing country context.
