Congratulations to undergraduate students Stephanie Betancur Grondona, Jennifer Na, Molly Rippe and Morgan Van Den Eynde, each of whom received research awards from Honors Carolina to support their senior honors thesis research projects.

Stephanie received the Sarah Steele Danhoff Undergraduate Research Award for support her project “How Does Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Impact the Quality of Care Provided by Registered Nurses to Latinx Adults wtih Cancer During Their Hospitalization?”

Jennifer received the Gillian T. Cell Senior Thesis Research Award to support her  project “Doula Facilitated Continuous Labor Support for Incarcerated Women.”

Molly received the Gump Family Undergraduate Research Award to support her project “Supporting UNC’s Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative Through Prenatal Education.”

Morgan received the Rodney F. Hood Undergraduate Research Award to support her project “Interprofessional Communication in the Care of Adults with Cancer: Examining Providers’ Perceptions of Team Rounding.”
