Office of Well-being
Wellness for all.
Wellness for all.
At Carolina Nursing you are not only welcome but also highly valued.
The Carolina Nursing Office of Well-being is dedicated to ensuring the physical, mental and emotional health of everyone. Therefore, we are committed to partnering with every student, staff and faculty member to cultivate equity and well-being in our community, curricula, practices and outcomes.
Under the guidance of the Senior Associate Dean for Well-being and Chief Wellness Officer, this office leads wellness initiatives across the school and fosters a culture of wellness and belonging for all.
The UNC-Chapel Hill School of Nursing’s Office of Well-being presents the Wellness Place Newsletter and the Wellness Place Podcast, hosted by Dr. Cheryl Giscombe, Chief Wellness Officer, Professor & Senior Associate Dean. Through meaningful conversations and practical resources, these offerings support balance, resilience and connection across the School community. To stay inspired, check back monthly for a new podcast and quarterly for new articles on staying well!
