The UNC Health Care Cardio and Thoracic Surgery clinic provides care to patients with cardiovascular disease and other conditions.
Lead faculty member and UNC alumna Tracy Vernon-Platt works with both inpatients and outpatients of the cardiac surgery clinic. She has provided care for patients recovering from a range of cardiothoracic surgeries, including heart transplant.
