Ya-Ke “Grace” Wu, Assistant Professor and Director of the Biobehavioral Lab at UNC School of Nursing, serves as a co-investigator on the Carolina Blue Project, which examines work-related stress, eating behaviors, and cardiovascular disease risk factors among North Carolina law enforcement officers.
