The American Academy of Nursing’s 2019 Transforming Health Driving Policy Conference showcases the extraordinary work of nursing who are driving policy changes to meet the health needs of individuals and populations, and highlights nursing initiatives that are transforming health care, leading change, and influencing policy makers to ultimately improve our nation’s health.
