Faculty Forum: Nursing Innovation

December 14, 2015, Noon-1:00 p.m. 104 Carrington With the University’s current focus on innovation, how will the SON rise to the challenge? Kay Wagoner, SON alum and expert in innovation, will be here to discuss how to expand nursing ideas (and products) beyond academia. Nurses are often disinclined to see their ideas/efforts/products as having broader applicability and appeal, and this disinclination inhibits innovation and potential for wider reach. Small ideas can grow into large projects with big impact if those ideas are channeled effectively. P.
