Bush Promotes Nursing through UNC HHIVE’s “Grand Rounds”

Assistant Dean for Practice and Associate Professor Tom Bush met recently with UNC students participating in the HHIVE program offered by the Department of English and Composition through its Literature, Medicine and Culture concentration. HHIVE stands for Health and Humanities: An Interdisciplinary Venue for Exploration, and the program invited Dr. Bush to speak about the changing role of nurses in health care and the opportunities that exist for those entering the profession, as well as the profession as a whole.
