Carolina Nursing Well Represented at NLN Conference

Carolina Nursing was represented well at the National League for Nursing (NLN) Annual Summit held September 26–28 in National Harbor, MD.

Several faculty members were honored during the conference, including Dr. Meg Zomorodi, who was inducted as a Fellow into the Academy of Nursing Education, and Dr. Lisa Woodley, who received a dissertation award.

Also representing the School were Dr. Rumay Alexander, the immediate past president of NLN, and Dr. Carrie Palmer, a current participant in NLN’s LEAD program. Drs. Jennifer Alderman and Meg Zomorodi presented a poster and Dr. Carol Durham is a well-established leader, educator, and mentor in the NLN.

Thank you all for representing our School so well, and congratulations!
