Davis coauthors paper on ten year trends in quality of care for patients with myocardial infarction

Dr. Leslie Davis served as a coauthor for a paper entitled: Ten-Year Trends in Patient Characteristics, Treatments, and Outcomes in Myocardial Infarction From National Cardiovascular Data Registry Chest Pain–MI Registry. Results from this national registry revealed that there has been steady improvement in adherence to guideline directed medical therapy for patients with ST elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST elevation myocardial infarction.

Dr. Davis has been involved with many quality initiatives, included the NCDR registry for over a decade. The paper was published on January 18, 2022 in Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes, a high-impact peer reviewed scientific journal. Read it here.
