Hillman Scholar Harris publishes in Journal of Ethnicity & Health

Ms. Latesha K. Harris, BSN, RN (’24) was the first-author of “Psychosocial Factors Related to Cardiovascular Disease Risk in Young African American Women: A Systematic Review,” which was published in the Journal of Ethnicity & Health. Findings from this review suggest that exposure to adverse psychosocial factors may be related to increased cardiovascular disease risk in early adulthood (age 19-24) in African American women.
