Dr. Sherita House

Dr. Sherita House, a proud PhD program graduate, has been chosen for the prestigious TriService Nursing Research Program (TSNRP) Fellowship.

This federal funding agency, supported by the Department of Defense, is specifically designed to support military nurse scientists on active duty and in the reserves. As part of this program, Dr. House will receive travel funding to attend four TSNRP events and participate in a one-on-one mentor/mentee visit.

In exchange for these opportunities, Dr. House will be an active participant in scholarly work, including continued research activities, dissemination efforts, grant applications, and mentoring. Her research, which focuses on intervention development and health services in both military and civilian hospitals, is a perfect fit for this fellowship.

Currently an Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Dr. House is thrilled to be selected for this prestigious fellowship. Congratulations, Dr. House, on this well-deserved recognition of your hard work and dedication!
