Hudson Santos elected to CANS National Advisory Council

Associate Professor Hudson Santos, PhD, RN, has been elected the new Councilor of Programming on the National Advisory Council of the Council for the Advancement of Nursing Science (CANS). CANS advocates for nursing science and helps circulate research findings at national and international levels.

“We are thrilled to welcome four leaders who will help achieve CANS’ mission of Better Health Through Nursing Science.”

“During a time in our history where evidence is critically important to the nation’s health, it is vital that we work collaboratively to amplify the voice of nursing science. I would like to extend a special thank you to each candidate who ran. Together we will continue to contribute in significant ways to health through our commitment to research.”

CANS Chair Nancy Redeker, PhD, RN, FAHA, FAAN
