U.S. News and World Report released its annual rankings of graduate nursing programs today and Carolina Nursing is now ranked fifth overall and first among public schools of nursing in the country. UNC’s doctor of nursing practice program likewise moved to the top-10, up from 13th in 2019 to tied for 9th overall.
Also ranked in the top-10 of advanced practice areas are our Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program (tied for 9th) and our Nursing Administration program (4th), and in the top-20 is the Family Nurse Practitioner program, which tied for 16th.
