U.S. News & World Report published its 2023 Best Colleges rankings, and Carolina Nursing is tied for fifth among all undergraduate nursing programs in the country.
This is only the second year U.S. News has ranked schools with Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree programs. These rankings were determined by assessing 17 academic quality indicators, including graduate and retention rates; social mobility; faculty resources; academic quality assessments by peer institution presidents, provosts and deans; financial resources; student excellence and alumni giving.
Additional 2023 Best Colleges rankings for UNC-Chapel Hill include:
- UNC Chapel Hill ranked in fifth place for top public schools among national universities for the 22nd consecutive year in a row.
- Tied for eighth overall for undergraduate business programs.
- Tied for eighth overall for management
- Ranked ninth overall for marketing
- Ranked 10th overall for real estate
- Ranked 10th overall for entrepreneurship
- Ranked 12th overall for best colleges for veterans.
