Rebecca Michael, DNP, RN, CCRN

Dr. Michael has over 20 years of experience in nursing, with clinical expertise in adult health, critical care, and cardiothoracic surgery. Her career has spanned both bedside and leadership roles, including serving as a nurse manager and practicing internationally in England. She holds a DNP in executive leadership from UNC-Chapel Hill, where her work focused on reducing moral distress and burnout in ICU nurses.
