Most of my work experience has been in the area of Medical-Surgical nursing, although I did work in occupational health for 4 years. Practical Nurse Education Diploma, Randolph Community College (1982). Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing, Randolph Community College (1990). Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, UNC Greensboro (2004). Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a Concentration in Education, UNC Greensboro (2006). Board Certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse through the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses. Certified Nurse Educator through the National League for Nursing.
