Congratulations to Associate Dean Gwen Sherwood PhD, RN, FAAN, who recently received second place in the Professional Issues category of the American Journal of Nursing‘s 2015 Books of the Year Awards for Reflective Organizations: On the Front Lines of QSEN & Reflective Practice Implementation, a text she co-edited with Sara Horton-Deutsch.
The book is a follow up to Dr. Sherwood’s well-regarded Quality and Safety in Nursing: A Competency Approach to Improving Outcomes, which likewise won an AJN Book of the Year Award in 2012.
